Really tasty burgers recipe

Ingredients 1 large onion, finely chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1tsp olive oil and extra for brushing 769g pack beef mince 1tbsp tomato ketchup 2tbsp oyster sauce large handful parsley, finely chopped 100g (3½oz) mature cheddar, grated 8 soft baps crispy bacon onion rings tomato slices Everyday Value lettuce jalapeño peppers Everyday Value coleslaw

Sauté onion and garlic in the oil. Cool slightly then mix with mince, ketchup, oyster sauce, parsley and cheese. Season and shape into 8 burgers. Chill for 30 minutes. Lightly brush burgers with oil and grill or barbecue for 6-8 minutes. Serve with toasted buns and the toppings of your choice.
