Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Place the spinach in a colander and pour over boiling water to wilt. Leave to cool a little, then squeeze out any excess water as best you can.
Place the Healthy Living wraps on baking sheets. Divide the Healthy Living cottage cheese between the wraps and arrange over the spinach, the grate over a little nutmeg. Make a dent in the centre of the mixture and break an egg into the space, then scatter over the Parmesan and grind on some pepper. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
