Caramelised chicken kebabs recipe

Ingredients 4 chicken breasts, skinned and cut into chunks The glaze 6tbsp soy sauce 12tbsp rice wine vinegar 3tbsp honey 6tbsp water

Whisk together the glaze ingredients, tasting as you go to ensure a good balance of sweet and savoury. Toss the chicken pieces in the glaze and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers and barbecue for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, with no pink showing. Serve with roasted peppers and hoisin sauce.
