

Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees. Put the prawns in their bags onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven, and bake for 20 minutes or until the prawns change colour. Roughly chop the flat parsley. Take the cream cheese and cream with a fork and put aside. Half way through the prawns cooking time, put a large pan of water onto boil. Add salt to taste. When water has boiled add the fettucini and cook for 4 minutes, or to your personal preference. When the fettucini is ready, remove form the heat & drain. Add cream cheese & most of the parsley to the pasta - reserve a little parsley for garnish - and stir together until fettucini is coated. Remove the prawns form the oven. Break the bags and pour contents into the pan with the fettucini. Return pan to the heat and stir prawns through. Divide mixture into 2 and pile onto 2 plates , and garnish with flat leaf parsley. Tip Use a light cream cheese if you are watching the calories.
