Garlic and chilli prawns with pasta recipe

Ingredients
400g (13oz) small pasta shapes
2tsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 large red chilli, finely chopped
280g cold water prawns
3 courgettes, grated
1 lemon, juiced and zested
small bunch of basil, chopped

Cook the pasta to pack instructions. Meanwhile, put the oil, garlic, chilli and prawns in a bowl and combine everything together. Just before the pasta is cooked, add the courgette for the final minute or two, then drain it all together. Return the pan to the heat, add the contents of the bowl and cook for 2 minutes. Put the pasta back in the pan, along with the lemon zest, juice and basil. Toss together and serve immediately.
