Organic ham, pepper and courgette pizza recipe

Ingredients
1 x 145g pizza base mix
6tbsp organic tomato and basil sauce
¼ organic red pepper, finely sliced
¼ organic courgette, finely sliced
small handful pitted olives
1 x 125g organic mozzarella ball, drained and finely chopped
1tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil
4 slices organic wafer thin ham
1tbsp organic dried basil

Heat the oven to 220°C, 200°C fan, fan 200ºC, gas 7. Mix the pizza base to a soft dough, according to the packet instructions. Knead in a food mixer or on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes, until smooth. Use more flour to roll out into a 20cm (8in) circle and lift onto an oiled baking sheet. Set aside in a warm place for 10 minutes. Spread the tomato sauce over the base, add the pepper and courgette, then dot on the olives and scatter with mozzarella. Season, drizzle with the oil, and add the meat. Bake in the top of the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbling. Scatter the basil over, slice and serve.
