Hawaiian burger with pineapple recipe

Ingredients 2tbsp soya sauce 3cm fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped 1 egg 1 slice wholemeal bread freshly ground pepper 900g minced turkey 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and sliced into rounds 2tbsp brown sugar vegetable oil, to glaze burgers 8tbsp onion and garlic dip wholemeal burger bun

Place all the burger ingredients except the turkey into the food processor and mix together to combine. Remove and stir in the minced turkey. Preheat the grill. With wet hands, make 8 patties. Brush with a little oil and grill for about 10 minutes on each side or until cooked through with no pink showing. Sprinkle some sugar over the pineapple rings and grill for about 5 minutes on each side. Set aside. Toast the burger bun. Spread the inside of the burger bun with some onion and garlic dip. Add a round of pineapple and top with the burger.
