Pastrami bagel sandwich recipe

Ingredients
4 bagels, halved
1 small round lettuce, leaves separated
120g pastrami slices
75g cherry tomatoes, halved
50g gherkins, halved

Heat the grill to hot and toast the bagels evenly on both sides. Arrange the lettuce leaves on the bottom halves of the bagels. Top with the cherry tomato halves, gherkin halves and slices of pastrami. Arrange the top half of the bagel on top to create the sandwiches. Serve immediately.
