Japanese rocket salad recipe
Ingredients
3tbsp minced onion
3tbsp ground nut oil
2tbsp white wine vinegar
1½tbsp grated ginger
1tbsp ketchup
1tbsp soy sauce
¼tsp minced garlic
salt
pepper
40g rocket
carrot, grated
red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Combine minced onion, ground nut oil, white vinegar, grated ginger, ketchup, soy sauce, minced garlic, and seasoning. Toss rocket, grated carrot and red bell pepper with the dressing in a large bowl until evenly coated and serve.
