Dairy-free chocolate mousse recipe

Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados that yield to the touch
4 tsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp honey
pinch sea salt
3 tbsp coconut oil. melted
berries to serve. optional

This chocolate mousse removes all the guilt and can satisfy any sweet tooth. This dairy and gluten-free recipe is rich. smooth and contains a creamy avocado surprise. Add the flesh of the avocados. cocoa powder. agave syrup or honey. vanilla and a good pinch of sea salt to a food processor and blitz until completely smooth. scraping down the sides as you go. Add in the melted coconut oil and blitz until incorporated. Remove to a bowl. cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve by itself or with some berries.
