Fried lemongrass chicken recipe

Ingredients
1kg chicken pieces, washed and cut into bite-size pieces
125ml cooking oil
1tsp minced garlic
coriander leaves (optional) for garnishing
Marinade
3tbsp minced lemon grass
3tsp chicken seasoning powder
½tsp turmeric
1tsp minced red chilli
2tsp salt

Marinate chicken pieces for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Heat oil in a frying pan until hot, then add garlic and fry until fragrant. Add marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, with no pink showing. Garnish if desired and serve. Tip For marinade, use hard stalks of lemongrass only and bruise to release fragrance before mincing
