Nut-free granola recipe

Ingredients 2 tbsp vegetable oil 100ml (3 1/2fl oz) maple syrup 4 tbsp honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 200g (7oz) porridge oats 225g (7 1/2oz) bag Tesco Wholefoods berries and raisins

Hearty, chewy, and crunchy, these wholesome nut-free granola bars will fill you up and keep your energy levels high. Heat oven to gas 2, 150°C, 130°C fan. Mix the oil, maple syrup, honey and vanilla in a bowl. Stir in the oats to coat well. Spread out the oaty mixture on a large baking tray and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Add the berries and raisins to the mixture and bake for another 5 minutes. Leave to cool, before breaking up and storing in a jar.
