Oat and nut granola recipe

Ingredients
150g (5oz) oats
75g (3oz) chopped mixed nuts
3-4tbsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp clear honey
yogurt, to serve
blueberries, to serve

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5, 190°C, fan 170°C. In a bowl, combine the oats and nuts, then stir in the sunflower oil and honey. Spread in a single layer on a large nonstick baking sheet. Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until golden and toasted. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Serve with yogurt and fresh fruit.
