Rice and lentil filled balls recipe

Ingredients 330g well cooked brown rice 150g canned lentils, rinsed and drained 2 eggs, lightly beaten 75ml milk 1 clove garlic, crushed 150g broccoli, finely chopped 1 carrot, grated 1tbsp soy sauce 50g wholegrain breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with nonstick baking paper. Mix together rice, lentils, eggs, milk, garlic, broccoli, carrot and soy sauce. With wet hands form mixture into balls. Roll balls in the egg mixture and then the breadcrumbs to coat, then place on prepared trays. Spray with oil and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
