Roast radishes with spring onions and soy sauce recipe

Ingredients
200g (7oz) bunch radishes
2tbsp olive oil
4 spring onions, finely chopped
2tbsp soy sauce
few drops sesame oil

Preheat oven to Gas Mark 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Drizzle a little olive oil over the radishes and roast in the oven for 20 minutes. When tender but still with a bite, add a drizzle of soy sauce, some chopped spring onions, a drop or two of sesame oil.
