Seafood noodles recipe

Ingredients
25ml groundnut oil/sunflower oil
1tbsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
100g seafood sticks, cut into strips
100g fresh prawns, shelled
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
200g rice noodles, cooked as per package instructions
2tbsp light soy sauce
2tbsp sesame oil
1tbsp sesame seeds
dill, to garnish

In a large wok, heat the oil over a high flame and stir-fry the ginger and garlic for 30 seconds before adding the prawns, squid and seafood sticks. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the seafood is cooked. Add the cooked noodles, spring onions and season the stir-fry with soy sauce and sesame oil. Divide the stir-fry on plates and garnish with dill and sesame seeds.
