Shredded apple remoulade recipe

Ingredients
½ celeriac, peeled and cut into chunks
2 green apples, peeled and cored
30g golden raisins
½ bunch dill, finely chopped
For the chilli mayo
6tbsp mayonnaise
2-3tbsp grain mustard
juice of ½ lemon
salt
pepper

Shred the celeriac and apple in a food processor or grate on the coarse side of a grater. Place in a bowl. Add the raisins and dill. Make the sauce by mixing together the rest of the ingredients - you may want more mustard or lemon juice. Combine all the ingredients thoroughly with the mustard mayonnaise and chill until needed.
