Tofu brochettes with sesame seeds recipe

Ingredients
396g block plain tofu, drained
50ml olive oil
2tbsp runny honey
salt
pepper
4tbsp sesame seeds
150g spinach
wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Heat the grill to hot. Whisk together the olive oil and honey. Thread the cubes of tofu onto skewers, fitting 4 to each brochette and brush with the olive oil and honey and season well. Coat the tofu cubes in the sesame seeds so that they are covered evenly. Grill for 6-8 minutes until golden brown on the outside. Arrange the spinach on serving plates. Place the tofu brochettes on top of the spinach and serve immediately.
