Vegetables cooked in a wok with soy sauce recipe

Ingredients 50ml light sesame oil 1 large onion, finely sliced 185g sliced runner beans 100g (3 1/2oz) petit pois, roughly chopped ½ courgette, de-seeded and julienned 1 small carrot, peeled and finely diced 1 red pepper, de-seeded and julienned 1 orange pepper, de-seeded and julienned 1 yellow pepper, de-seeded and julienned 50ml light soy sauce

Heat the sesame oil in a large wok set over a moderate heat until hot. Stir-fry the carrot, peppers and onion to begin with, cooking for 3-4 minutes. Add the courgette and runner beans next, cooking for a further few minutes. Finish by adding the petit pois to the wok last and stirring in the soy sauce. Toss well a couple of times to combine everything, then spoon onto serving plates. Serve immediately.
