Vitamin smoothie recipe

Ingredients 1 large banana, peeled and chopped juice of 1/2 lemon 4 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped 1 yellow grapefruit, skin removed and segmented 400ml orange juice

Place the ingredients apart from the orange juice in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add the orange juice, blend again until the desired consistency is reached. Pour into serving glasses.
